Fiber Laser Engraving Systems can operate on 24 hr shifts.

Press Release Summary:

Using specialized pulse configurations of fiber laser for performing precision deep 2D and 3D engravings on metal surfaces, Canyon Series systems are designed for high speed metal removal with no re-melting. Each unit comes with special exhaust, ventilation, and particle collectors, which remove dust particles created when deep engraving metals. To prevent any system corruptions or malfunctions, electronics are stored completely separated from sealed processing chamber.

Lake Mary, FL., March 10, 2009 - Laser Photonics, the industry leader in developing high-tech Fiber and Co2 laser systems for marking, cutting and engraving applications, announced today the release of their new deep engraving laser line, The Canyon Series.

The Canyon Series uses specialized pulse configurations of a fiber laser for deeper material penetration while creating perfect edge quality
with straight & smooth walls in unmatched cycle times. These systems are ideal for performing precision deep 2D and 3D engravings on metal surfaces and have been specifically designed for high speed metal removal with no re-melting while being able to perform enhanced image detailing and finesse engraving.

By combining fiber laser technology, proprietary FiberScan C3 software and industrial grade-safe enclosures, these systems are quickly replacing outdated methods such as: Nd:Yag systems, mechanical and acid etching.

"The Laser Photonics Canyon Series are safe due to the fully sealed enclosure and the fact that they don't use any hazardous materials. Additionally, business owners are these systems more affordable, easier to use and faster than other types engraving equipment they've previously used," said Ryan Semmer, Marketing Manager for Laser Photonics. "Furthermore, the series consists of three systems depending on the power and speed and size needed."

Each system in the Canyon Series has been built to operate in the harshest industrial conditions while operating on a 24-hour shift. Each unit comes with special exhaust, ventilation and particle collectors which promptly remove the dust particles created when deep engraving metals. To prevent any system corruptions or malfunctions, the electronics are stored completely separated from the sealed processing chamber.

Developing laser marking, laser cutting and laser engraving systems for precision material processing industries, Laser Photonics is leading the way with innovative fiber laser and CO2 laser systems. Our laser machines are used by manufacturers in the automotive, aerospace, industrial, defense, electronic and medical industries around the world.
