FIBC suits products that require ulta-clean containers.

Press Release Summary:

MaxSack(TM) container utilizes Clean Seal baffle to combat product contamination due to interior baffles of FIBCs (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers). Container's interior baffles and half-moon shaped slits are constructed using Clean Seal cutting technology, which makes smooth, clean, clear edges after cutting. Slits in baffles then allow product to flow through, and square out shape of container allows for stacking and stability.

New Clean Seal(R) Baffled Bag Prevents Contamination

Dallas, TX---B.A.G. Corp. unveils its solution to product contamination due to the interior baffles of an FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container--bulk bag): the Clean Seal baffle in a MaxSack(TM) container. The MaxSack container's interior baffles and their half-moon shaped slits are constructed using B.A.G. Corp.'s proprietary Clean Seal cutting technology. All edges have a smooth, clean, clear edge after cutting, rather than the frayed, loose threads often found with hot knife cutting methods. The slits in the baffles then allow product to flow through the baffles and square out the shape of the container to allow for safe stacking, improved stability, and up to 30% greater capacity than a regular FIBC. The MaxSack container with Clean Seal baffles is ideal for products that have low bulk densities and require ultra-clean containers.
