Dehnco expands its family of cost effective feeders with the introduction of a new feeder especially designed to dispense rolls of dunnage and wrapping materials. Dunnage such as Kraft paper, foam, bubble pack, Kimpac, newsprint and more, are efficiently dispensed to desired lengths at a speed of 10-inches per second. Feeding accuracy is +/-1/4". Feeder is foot pedal actuated.

Built in tear bars facilitate manual removal of dunnage or add an efficient Dehnco cutting system to improve the ergonomics of the system. The unique surface unwind system allows new rolls of material to be loaded in seconds, without the need for cumbersome roll bars and core chucks.

The D-Pack System's repeat-dispense feature assures a new piece of material will always be waiting for your use. It's easy.

Set the length

Tap the foot pedal

A sheet of material automatically dispenses

Tear off the sheet and tap the pedal again

While you use the sheet in your hand, a new piece is being dispensed and will be waiting for your next cycle

It's ideal for both wrapping and void fill applications.

Feeder can be mounted in virtually any position, so the material is always right at the point of use. Typical mounting positions include:

Freestanding on the tabletop

On top or below upper and lower shelves

Suspended over an open box

Over a conveyer

On a portable stand
