that it will release a new, feature-rich version of software for their widely-used DX-50 and MX- 20 Digital Specimen Radiography Systems at the annual meeting of the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) being held November 25-30, 2007 at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL. The software introduces two key time-saving tools for medical professionals. ImageAssist(TM) combines advanced Automatic Exposure Control, automatic window leveling and autosharpening to provide optimal imaging of all specimens with a single click. ImageAssist delivers true ease-of-use and superior images the first time, every time, in less time. Adding a new facet of support, Faxitron On Call(TM) allows for real-time, remote system consultation with Faxitron
specialists. The service is designed to be used in environments that must comply with HIPAA regulations. Applications support and training as well as diagnostic checks and upgrades are easily performed remotely by factory trained personnel.
