ASG SCARA Fastening Systems are high-speed screw assembly robots. They employ ASG electric torque control screwdrivers for highly repeatable fastener torque, ranging from 4.0 ozf-in to 39.0 lbf-in. With unlimited workpiece weight restrictions, SCARA robots are ideal for payloads of any weight. Up to 6000 points or 100 programs can be kept in memory. Repetitive position accuracy is +/-0.01mm in Z axis, +/-0.02mm in X and Y axis.
Set-up is exceptionally easy. An optimal training pendant uses "plain English" dialog for easy programming.
