Fast Turnround with Rencol's Low Cost Custom Moulding

Manufacturers needing high quality mouldings at low cost from a highly reliable supply chain can take advantage of Rencol's new custom moulding service. Access is provided to massive production capacity, with moulding machines from 15 up to 650 tonnes.

By taking advantage of Rencol's established supply chain based in China, the company is able to deliver a fast, high quality and very cost effective service.

A complete range of material options is offered, including most thermoset and thermoplastic materials, such as PA, PP, ABS and PVC.

"We provide low cost sourcing from China without the risk," said Tony Swash, Rencol's sales and marketing director. "By using our own factories in China we guarantee first class quality at extremely competitive prices."

Rencol's group facilities in China are based in Shanghai and Ningbo. Its mature and efficient supply chain operation has nearly 30 English-speaking personnel in their Shanghai office specialising in design, engineering, quality and logistics. They also have quality and engineering personnel operating permanently in all of their manufacturing facilities.

The rapid custom moulding service offers 48 hour sales quotations, with samples from extremely competitive new tooling typically received within 35 days of placing the order.

Mouldings can be produced in most RAL colours, with any type of metal insert as required, and pad or screen printing can be provided. 'Soft touch' TPE overmoulding is available as a special option on many parts. Dedicated stock is held against customer call-off at the company's Bristol warehouse.
