Fanless, Cost-effective 15-inch Industrial Panel Computer Designed for POI and HMI
Taipei Taiwan, March 22, 2007 - AXIOMTEK, a world renowned provider of industrial and embedded systems and computers, today is pleased to launch a 15-inch, fanless operation, high performance, rugged-design panel PC featuring ultra low voltage Intel® Celeron® M 1GHz/0KB processor. The PANEL2155-810-FL1GE is an industrial grade panel computer and has excellent graphic performance, DualView function, and multiple I/O. It is a cost-effective, full-function ideal for POI (Point of Information), and excellent HMI (Human Machine Interface) applications.
No fans are needed if user selects the PANEL2155-810-FL1GE which is run by the embedded ultra low power Intel® Celeron® M 1GHz/0KB CPU. It equipped a 15-inch high brightness (250nits) XGA LCD with a standard resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels. Built-in the Intel® 855GME/852GM chipset, it supports integrated graphics utilizing Intel® Extreme Graphics 2 technology and supports up to 64MB of graphic memory. Front panel supports spill and dust resistant with IP65 compliant, and DualView function supports different content and resolution. Besides, this fanless panel pc supports PCI interface for expansion, optional slim Combo drive and internal antenna for wireless (802.11b/g) expansion. Designed with noiseless, low power consumption, high reliability and high performance, users can enjoy this astonishing platform in harsh environments.
The PANEL2155-810-FL1GE has a good ID (industrial design) and user-friendly interface. It can be installed into varied kinds of work environments and applications. This fanless panel computer is compliant with NEMA 4/12 and IP65 standards. The industrial-grade quality ensures this panel computer to withstand more severe environmental extremes, such as dusk, water, temperature and vibration. The PANEL2155-810-FL1GE is designed for various purposes, such as POI, Kiosk, industrial control, and human machine interfaces. Its multiple I/O includes four high speed USB 2.0 ports, three COM ports, mic-in, speaker-out, PS/2, VGA, fast Ethernet (RJ-45), and CompactFlashTM.
