Norwalk, CT - Fair-Play, a business unit of Trans-Lux Corporation (NYSE Amex: TLX) and recognized leader in scoreboard solutions, has announced the introduction of a unique new series of wireless remote control solutions for single and multiple scoreboards. The new wireless systems have proven so reliable in field testing, Fair-Play is offering an industry first 100% guarantee for wireless operation. If for any reason the wireless does not function properly, Fair-Play will supply all the required parts for hard-wired operation at no cost.

The first solutions available in the new wireless series include the MP-70 and MP-50 Controllers with new wireless cards, and a new Hand-Held Wireless Control. In addition to the systems' user friendly operation of all scoreboard functions, both Controllers feature Fair-Play's SmartSelect technology which automatically detects multiple scoreboards for comprehensive control via a single hand-held unit.

Key features of the new Fair-Play MP-70 and MP-50 Controllers include the ability to control multiple scoreboards, statistics panels and timers using one or multiple wireless hand held control units. The new MP-70 and MP-50 can also be configured to work in multiple facilities and with previously installed Fair-Play scoreboards with new wireless receivers. Additionally, the MP-70 and MP-50 are ideal for multi-purpose gyms, arenas and stadiums with the ability to easily change scoreboard configurations.

The new MP-70 and MP-50 Controllers and Hand-Held Wireless Control join Fair-Play's expanding line of scoreboards and statistics panels, as well as the company's recently launched line of LED digital displays marketed under the TL Vision brand. The new high resolution LED displays are available from an industry first 3mm to 127mm pitch, and can be configured in virtually any size or shape to easily supplement existing Fair-Play scoreboard installations.
