o Tactile switches feature positive tactile feedback and are tested beyond 2 million actuations;
o Integral LEDs are available in either embossed LED window or flat overlay;
o The Duraswitch line features three easily integrated, thin membrane switches: PUSHGATE(TM), THINCODER® ROTOR, and MAGNAMOUSE(TM);
o Rubber keypads feature conductive or non-conductive elastomer contacts;
o Metal dome arrays are available in multiple dome diameters either as part of a switch assembly on a PCB or individually for assembly at the customer site.
Fabrico's experienced design team is ready to engineer custom membrane switches that meet unique requirements. Manufacturing processes include die-cutting, printing, assembly, and test to ensure the highest quality and performance. Materials such as films and adhesives are selected and converted to withstand high temperature, thermal shock, and humidity. Printing is accomplished on flat, convex, or concave surfaces.
