Fabrico Labels Increase Efficiency, Reduce Cost for 3SI Cash Protection Systems

KENNESAW, GA, USA- Fabrico, the leading provider of design and manufacturing services for flexible materials, is collaborating with long-time customer, 3SI Security Systems, to increase production efficiency and substantially reduce the cost of adhesive strips and labels for its cash protection systems. 3SI is a world leader in security systems to recover stolen cash, apprehend criminals, and deter crime through smoke, dye, and ink staining technology.

Taking advantage of its vast materials sourcing network, and by managing 3SI's printing requirements as part of its overall relationship with EIS, Fabrico now provides a more cost-effective process for supplying adhesive strips and labels as a single supplier. As an added advantage, Fabrico will soon be implementing an AIMS (Automated Inventory Management System), where 3SI will access adhesive strips and labels through one uninterrupted process.

Fabrico offers a broad range of printing capabilities, from basic one-color applications to intricate, multi-color designs. State-of-the-art servo driven equipment, such as the Aquaflex ELS 2200 13" press, enables multi-step manufacturing with other custom fabrication capabilities such as laminating, rotary die cutting, or sheeting.
