Irvine, California -Melles Griot announces their new line of UVEX LSK-series laser safety eyewear. In a workplace where fashion and comfort go hand in hand, the LSK-series has a wrap-around modern look, equivalent to name-brand sunglasses.
To decrease liability and injuries, laser safety officers (LSOs) require employees working around lasers to wear laser safety eyewear that reduces radiation to a Class I level. Although LSOs are primarily concerned about safety, laser operators are also concerned about comfort and appearance.
