Extron Introduces New SCS 300 Sync Converter & Stabilizer
Anaheim, California (June 7, 2006) - Extron Electronics introduces the SCS 300 Sync Converter & Stabilizer. The SCS 300 provides sync conversion between all common high resolution sync formats - RGBHV, RGBS, RGsB, and RsGsBs. It also compensates for poor quality or weak signals resulting from PC graphics cards or long cable runs using Extron's ADSP(TM) - Advanced Digital Sync Processing technology. The SCS 300 can be rack-mounted or mounted at the display, supporting a wide range of installation requirements.

For ease of installation, the SCS 300 features front and rear panel video outputs to support both rack-mount and at-the-display applications. The SCS 300 is housed in a 1U, quarter rack width metal enclosure.
ADSP is an exclusive Extron technology that conditions sync signals to provide reliable operation with a variety of signal sources and display types. ADSP re-establishes the timing relationship between sync and video signals, regenerates the sync waveform, and restores the sync voltage level to TTL level.
