NTI Introduces XTENDEX. Rackmount Extender Module Tray
AURORA, OH: Network Technologies Inc today announced the addition of the XTENDEX. Rackmount Extender Module Tray to its popular line of rackmount extenders. The Extender Module Tray allows up to 12 extender modules to be mounted in a space-saving 2RU shelf.
The Extender Module Tray is designed for use with NTI's rackmount transmitter / receiver modules. The transmitter and receiver extender modules are interconnected via CAT5/5e/6 cable. The tray includes a cable management shelf.
The Tray is equipped with eleven blank front panel covers to hide the open slots on the tray and to prevent change in airflow through rack cabinets. The extender modules available for use with the tray include the NTI USB KVM extender up to 300 feet with optional audio.
