GE Energy Expands Offerings with New Micro-Filtration and Micro-Venting Product Line



KANSAS CITY, MO. - October 10, 2007 - GE Energy has expanded its offering in the filtration industry with the introduction of its Aspire(TM) product line for micro-filtration applications.

GE Energy's Aspire micro-filtration media protects processes and equipment and is manufactured from expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE). The microporous structure of Aspire media allows gas transmission while providing a reliable, long-lasting barrier from liquid, dust and other contaminants for a variety of industrial applications where liquid penetration resistance and dust control are important.
