Algonquin, IL, March 13, 2007 - Exact Metrology, Inc. has recently added a Leica LTD840
Laser Tracker with patented Leica T-Probe to their extensive equipment line-up. The
addition of this portable coordinate measurement machine (PCMM) further increases Exact
Metrology's contract inspection and reverse engineering service capabilities.
The Leica LTD840 Laser Tracker and T-Probe has the highest data acquisition rate and long distance measurement of any Laser Tracker available today. With a probing range of up to 15m and a measurement range of 40m, the most demanding wireless probing of large pieces is now possible.
