CEDAR PARK, Texas, November 13, 2007 - ETS-Lindgren, a subsidiary of ESCO Technologies (NYSE: ESE), today announced the acquisition of the TILE!(TM) EMC software product from Quantum Change, Inc. The leadership of both Quantum Change and ETS-Lindgren approved the transaction.
