Elgin, IL - HARTING, Inc. is pleased to introduce the new 5-Port Ethernet Switch ESC 67-10 as a new member of the Han-Indunet® system of communication products. The switch is suitable for either 10BASE-T or 100BASE-TX and for operating temperatures ranging from -40°C up to 70°C. The 5-port Ethernet switch will be housed in a robust metal housing with protection to IP65 / IP67. A variety of mounting options enables the switch to be mounted directly on or near the machine in the production area without the need for any additional protection, thus reducing the installation time required to complete a network installation. All connections to the network are made via plug 'n' play connectors.
