eSoft's InstaGate and ThreatWall protection are now available as part of VMWare environment
BROOMFIELD, Colo. - eSoft Inc., a leader in Unified Threat Management (UTM) Solutions, today announced the availability of Virtual InstaGate and Virtual ThreatWall (www.esoft.com/network-security-appliances/virtual-utm-appliances). These appliances are available for those customers who wish to deploy the same power of the award-winning InstaGate and ThreatWall hardware UTMs in a VMWare or other virtualization environment. These virtual UTMs provide the same reporting, networking, and protection as their hardware equivalents and support subscriptions to eSoft's Email ThreatPak (www.esoft.com/network-security-appliances/add-ons/email-threatpak) and Web ThreatPak (www.esoft.com/network-security-appliances/add-ons/web-threatpak) security services. The virtual InstaGate products feature a full stateful firewall with deep packet inspection out of the box and can be customized with additional network, email and web security services including gateway anti-virus, Web content filtering, intrusion prevention, bot detection, and IM and P2P application blocking. The virtual ThreatWall is intended for customers who already have a firewall but need access to these same important eSoft security services.
