PARIS and PADERBORN, Germany -

Simple and Secure: "Mobile Money" at the ATM

eServGlobal (LSE: ESG & ASX: ESV) and Wincor Nixdorf, one of the leading global providers of IT solutions to the retail and banking industry, have agreed to cooperate on integrating eServGlobal's mobile money capabilities with Wincor Nixdorf's extensive ATM portfolio. This advanced solution will allow consumers without bank accounts to deposit cash, withdraw cash and manage their mobile money account directly at ATMs. Developing countries in particular are the target market for this solution which will be launched on 27 February at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

Mobile money is the term used to describe offers in which mobile network operators or specialised ATM network operators enable simple, secure access to cash via a mobile phone.

Mobile money services are experiencing high levels of demand in many countries owing to the rapid spread of mobile devices. Through cooperation with eServGlobal, Wincor Nixdorf is able to tap an additional target group. For its part, eServGlobal will be able to rely on the proven technology of a world market leader to offer its customers an expanded reach for mobile money services, easy cash-in and cash-out operations for their subscriber base and improved liquidity management operations.

Hermann Salmen, Head of Mobile Money Projects at Wincor Nixdorf comments, "The integration of ATMs and mobile money services is a central step in the development of an end-to-end solution because it links the world of cash to the eco-system of mobile financial services. We chose eServGlobal as a partner on the basis of its proven industry experience in telecommunications."

Paolo Montessori, Vice President of Mobile Money at eServGlobal adds, "The integration of Wincor Nixdorf's technology demonstrates the flexibility of eServGlobal's PayMobile solution, and positions us as a premium provider in this area. We believe that our offer for operators and financial services providers will become considerably more attractive as a result."

eServGlobal will launch the integrated solution at the Mobile World Congress, which is being held this year in Barcelona from 27 February to 1 March. For this purpose, the eServGlobal stand (Hall 8, Stand 8A69) will feature specially configured ATMs from Wincor Nixdorf. Visitors are invited to come and discover the holistic portfolio of mobile money services. There will be demonstrations of transactions that can be initiated via mobile devices, such as deposits, withdrawals and funds transfers - also known as "mobile wallet"
services.

PayMobile, eServGlobal's solution for mobile money services, features open APIs that enable dynamic integration of the cash management and agent management networks. As a result, extensive analysis data is available for electronic marketing and ensures that programs run as efficiently as possible.
