Using email and Web technology, all members of the MRB team are alerted when action needs to be taken. The module supports approvals of each step in the process and allows comments to be saved with a report pertaining to the incident. Upon completion of all the steps, the system can automatically close the issue. MRB's can also be associated with customers or vendors to improve customer service responsiveness, product quality and customer satisfaction. In addition, when material is toggled to non-conforming in inventory, an MRB can be created instantaneously.
