ERG to Demonstrate High Performance Heat Exchangers at Ceramics and Thermal Expo 2022
Sparks, NV – ERG Materials and Aerospace is exhibiting at the Ceramics and Thermal Expo at Huntington Convention Center in Cleveland, OH. The show runs August 30th - 31st. Company representatives will show high temperature ceramic foam along with lightweight, high performance heat exchangers. All of ERG’s products are designed around their Duocel® foam material--a lightweight, rigid, and customizable open cell foam material with solid ligaments.
Duocel® foam samples as well as finished products will be on display in booth 325 to demonstrate the abilities of this exciting material. This is a great opportunity for manufacturers and researchers to experience firsthand how open cell foam can provide ultra-efficient heat exchangers.
The company boasts phase change heat exchangers along with single and two phase designs. Efficiency ranges up to 1.3 kw of heat removal per square inch, with only a 30C temperature difference.
ERG is the sole manufacturer of Duocel® foam. The patented light-weight material is used in a variety of applications ranging from high efficiency heat exchangers to ceramic foam and catalyst support for carbon capture and ozone scrubbers.
