Epson Launches Latest Stylus CX5900 for Home Users in the Middle East
Epson has launched the Stylus CX5900 all-in-one in the Middle East, which is part of its latest range of Stylus CX multi-function devices. The model incorporates fast, cost-efficient printing and copying speeds to deliver high-quality printing, scanning and copying capabilities for the home.

The Epson Stylus CX5900 is ideal for a wide range of printing needs from documents to photo printing. Incorporating Epson's latest generation DURABrite Ultra ink and its unique Micro Piezo technology, the all-in-one yields a print resolution of up to 5760x1440dpi.
The laser-like print quality output is highly durable and is smudge, fade and water resistant on either plain or photo paper. Four reasonably priced individual ink cartridges ensure efficiency, save money and allow the user to only replace the colour that is used.
The Stylus CX Series features Epson's PhotoEnhance technology, allowing users to expertly image enhancing software to get the best out of their photos. Epson Creativity Suite software enables easy management, filing and printing of photos. With its user-friendly interface, one can access images from a range of devices such as a digital camera or scanner and file them into projects and groups, without the need for multiple windows.
Epson Easy Photo Fix scanning technology is also included for restoring faded, old and damaged photos to their original state. Also included is ABBYY FineReader Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software that allows scanned documents to be easily converted into text on the computer.
The Epson Stylus CX5900 offers standalone photo printing with digital camera memory card slots and PictBridge. It also features a 2.0 inch colour LCD viewer so that photos meant for printing can be easily chosen. Printing is also quick with the all-in-one's fast printing speed of up to 27 pages per minute and a photo print speed of just 28 seconds for a 10x15 photo. High-quality digital scans can also be created from the 1200dpi scanner.
