UNISORB announces a new shipping friendly epoxy grouting product called "Ship
Safe Standard V-100 Epoxy Grout". This product is shippable as a non-hazardous
product because it contains no regulated compounds according to USA, Canadian and
EU transportation agencies. Being free from hazardous material regulations will save
valuable time and eliminate expensive fees associated with shipping hazardous
classified epoxies. USA domestic UPS fees range from $20 per kit for ground and
$30 per kit for air transportation for regulated epoxy materials. FedEx and DSL are
even more costly, but these charges will no longer apply with Ship Safe.
The new V-100 formula is available in the same pre-measured and proportioned kit
sizes as our traditional Standard V-100 Epoxy Grout with nearly the same physical
properties across the board, making a substitution to the new formula very easy.
Packaging is the same as the traditional formula where a two part complete kit
package is simply mixed and poured per application. Ship Safe can be used for any
job as the traditional Standard V-100.
Standard kit sizes and yields are as follows:
11 pound kit = 181.5 cubic inches
22 pound kit = 363.0 cubic inches
55 pound kit = 907.5 cubic inches
