Tra-Bond 2170
TRA-BOND 2170T is a two-part, low viscosity epoxy. This material is a fairly rigid, long pot-life compound. TRA-BOND 2170 can be room temperature or heat cured, and exhibits high lap shear strength of 2500psi. TRA-BOND 2170T is a flexible plastic bonder designed for bonding all types of plastic including nylon, PVC, polyethylene, acrylic, lexan, polypropylene, kapton or most any thermoplastic substrate. This material is recommended for applications in the automotive, medical, aerospace, and photonics industry. TRA-BOND 2170 is also available in a thixotropic formulation.
