ServiceLogic(tm), the leading application for mobile workforce
management and customer care has been enhanced to ease integration with back office systems, support additional deployment platforms, and add capabilities that dramatically improve mobile workers, productivity. ServiceLogic(tm) release 5.2 now supports Sun( Blade servers, Solaris(tm) 8, HP-UX release 11, and has compatibility with Convergys' ICOMS(tm) 4.6. ServiceLogic's communications capabilities were upgraded to support NetTech's ExpressQ(tm) wireless middleware. Functional
enhancements include asset deployment capabilities, additional status essaging, plus standard productivity reporting.

ServiceLogic(tm) 5.2 was first deployed at Time Warner Cable in New York City. "This release of ServiceLogic enables our service
