Hancor's EndWall an Industry First
Findlay, Ohio, December 7, 2001: EndWall, Hancor, Inc.'s latest product offering, is a first in the industry. Compared to traditional endwall solutions, this new design takes about one-half the time to install. With a total unit weight of less than 100 pounds, it is lighter and easier to move, and there is no need for cutting, forming, or other modifications. After assembly, the EndWall can easily be filled from the top with a variety of materials including concrete, dirt, sand, even waste materials like glass or scrap.

Altermatt, Hancor's Vice President of Marketing. "Initial costs are about 35 per cent less than conventional endwalls and no heavy equipment is needed for installation. We think it's the solution the marketplace has been waiting for."
Designed with field use in mind, the unit also comes with adapters to accommodate 12 or 15 inch diameter Hancor pipe in addition to the standard 18 inch diameter, and can be adjusted easily for various height requirements. Because EndWall is manufactured with polyethylene, there is virtually no maintenance required.
The overall construction of the EndWall makes it safer in the event of a traffic accident. Its breakaway top section provides an improved cushion compared to concrete or stone. The unit is
also designed for easy installation of standard reflective posts and reflective tape strips that improve visibility at night. Available in three colors, the EndWall is fully field-tested and ready to ship.
