Emulsion Mixer provides coolant management.

Press Release Summary:

Jetmix ensures completely uniform and homogenous emulsion through cavitation to mix water and concentrate consistently and correctly. It allows for adjustment of concentration and requires only water connection to operate. Cavitation in mixer results in microscopic oil droplet size of less than 0.1 µm diameter in emulsion. With max throughput of 7.9 gpm, maintenance-free Jetmix unit can be mounted on wall or directly on drum or tote.

Blaser Swisslube Releases New Jetmix Mixing Device

Blaser Swisslube Inc., premier supplier of high end Swiss quality metal working fluids has created a new Jetmix emulsion mixing device for inexpensive coolant management. The mixer ensures a completely uniform and homogeneous emulsion through cavitation to mix water and concentrate consistently and correctly. Jetmix allows for easy adjustment of concentration and requires only a water connection to operate.

The cavitation in the mixer results in microscopic oil droplet size of less than 0.1µm diameter in the emulsion. This enhances the emulsion's stability, therefore increasing performance in tool and sump life while decreasing usage over other mixing methods. The Jetmix has a maximum throughput of 7.9 gallons per minute, so the device is ideal for mixing concentrate from drums or totes. The unique design eliminates the guesswork in filling and maintaining coolant levels, and the units are virtually maintenance free. The Jetmix can be mounted on a wall or directly to the drum or tote.

Founded in 1936 Blaser Swisslube Inc. has created lubrication solutions for nearly 70 years. Blaser metal working fluids are recognized world wide for dependability in improving tool life, production, and part quality while reducing overall production costs. Blaser products are developed by a team of researchers in laboratories at the Blaser headquarters in Switzerland, and US production is based in Goshen, NY.
