EMT and MPS Introduce New Die Cut technology at Labelexpo 2016

GREEN BAY, WIS. — EMT and MPS have partnered to introduce the Chameleon RobustCut at Labelexpo Americas 2016 with live daily demonstrations of this new Side Load Die Station at MPS booth #911.

EMT International and MPS are excited to introduce a new die cutting solution at Labelexpo Americas, combining quick change features with a robust design. The new modular die cutting solution for the narrow web market offers quick operator friendly die exchange in one minute or less without the need to use a hoist. The robust design of the RobustCut brings the stability of this side load die station to the level of vertical die stations.

The RobustCut features include side loading of dies from a pre-staged cart, eliminating the requirement of hoist or operator lifting. Speeds to 650 feet per minute at web widths from 13 to 20 inch are standard. Demonstrations of the Robust Cut Die-Cut unit will be featured four times a day at MPS booth #911.
