Vanguard Products Announces New UL94V0 Rated Flame Retardant EMI Shielding Gaskets
Vanguard Products Corporation, 87 Newtown Road, Danbury, CT, is pleased to announce the latest addition to its Ultra-Vanshield® Dual Elastomer EMI/RFI Shielding Gasket line. Our newest low compression/deflection force EMI shielding gaskets consist of a soft closed cell silicone sponge core with a conductive silver/aluminum in silicone jacket to achieve shielding levels of greater than 90dB with very low compression set. These new products are listed by UL to achieve a flame retardancy of UL94V0 under file number E311158 and are produced here in the United States and in Japan. These gaskets are ideal for sealing around fragile components such as high speed connectors and circuit boards, and are formulated for low compression set and high temperature resistance.
