Embedded World 2015: Kontron Presents the Next Generation of IoT-ready Modular Products and New Robust IPCs and Servers for Industrial Automation

Augsburg – Kontron, leading provider of embedded computing technologies (ECT), presents at the embedded world 2015 in hall 1, booth 478 the next generation of IoT-ready modular products. This includes new and innovative processor modules from Kontron's standard product family. Furthermore Kontron will introduce two new solutions for Industrial Automation.
The coming products will support environments that require multi-touch display systems or maximizing limited power consumption. Design examples include: Human Machine Interfaces used in automation or medical image processing, Industrial tablet PCs for logistics, retail or production markets as well as surveillance and security systems, Digital signage and Point-of-sale.
For Industrial Automation, Kontron introduces a new member of the KBox family that follows the same level of reliability is also "wartungsfrei" (maintenance-free). This solution is designed for factory automation which requires functioning in space-critical and low power consumption environments. In addition, another member of the KISS product family will be announced that is purpose-built for continuous operation in noise-sensitive environments.
Kontron will showcase these products at the press conference held on the 24th of February at 12 am in NCC Ost, Room Hongkong.
