L-com offers Embedded PCB Antennas for OEM Applications
NORTH ANDOVER, MAÂ – L-com Global Connectivity, a designer and manufacturer of wired and wireless connectivity products, has released a series of embedded PCB antennas to address OEM and ODM wireless device applications.
L-com's HyperLink® brand embedded antennas are designed to directly integrate with devices that require wireless capabilities. By embedding these PCB antennas directly into a device, the need for an external antenna is eliminated.
The new embedded antennas include support for 2.4 GHz, 4.9/5.8 GHz and dual band 2.4/5.8 GHz operation, and feature integrated low loss 1.13 mm coaxial leads that are terminated with U.FL/IPX connectors.

The three new antennas have been specifically designed to provide customers a quick embedded antenna solution. In addition to these standard antennas, L-com can custom design embedded antennas to meet customer's specific design requirements. This includes custom shapes and sizes; multiple connector options, such as MMCX, U.FL and SMA, and frequency and gain options.
