ITX-266 Embedded Mini ITX Socket 370 Tualatin Board With VIA CLE266, Internal 2D/3D AGP 8X Graphics, 6 CH AC'97 Audio, (3) PCI Slots & (2) UDMA133 IDE Channels
We are proud to announce AAEON's first embedded Mini ITX motherboard, the ITX-266, powered by a wide selection of Intel® Pentium III/Celeron processors. This full-featured embedded motherboard answers the need for a relatively low-cost, small-area motherboard to fit POS/POI, kiosk and gaming applications.
The ITX-266 uses VIA's advanced CLE266 chipset, which supports Pentium III CPU speeds from 533MHz to 1.4GHz and Celeron CPUs from 566MHz to 1.4GHz. The board also provides high memory capacities up to 2 GB DDR SDRAM (PC1600/2100/2700) with two sockets. Two IDE channels support two devices per channel and handle UDMA33, 66,100 or 133 devices. The board also uses a VIA VT8623 North Bridge and VT8235 South Bridge for its bus and I/O control.
The board's full function design includes such features as a chipset integrated 2D/3D graphics engine with AGP 8X bandwidth, NTSC/PAL TV output, high quality DVD playback, integrated 4 and 5-wire touch screen controller, (3) PCI slots through a riser card, (1) each keyboard and mouse mini-DIN connectors, (1) 10/100Mb Ethernet port, Audio Line-in, Line-out and Mic-in connectors, (6) built-in USB 2.0 ports, (2) COM ports and (1) parallel port, plus a Type II/III PCMCIA socket. The system allows CRT display simultaneously with TV, a DVI flat panel monitor or a TFT/LVDS LCD display panel output. The ITX-266 also has an onboard watchdog timer adjustable from 2.5 seconds to 80 seconds or from 1 minute to 255 minutes.
The ITX-266 is a remarkable achievement for such a conveniently compact size (6.69" x 6.69") with so many features. It is even more remarkable considering its economic price yet still retaining a 2-year limited warranty and AAEON's superior application engineering support and service. The ITX-266 is a great value for an embedded Mini ITX CPU board.
