ELT Tooling, Inc. and Midwest Bender Services have Developed a New End Forming Machine

ELT Tooling, Inc. and Midwest Bender Services have developed a new end forming machine. The new machine model is called MWB-E85-XC. It is capable of doing ram forming and segmented expansion and reduction operations. You can switch from ram forming to using the seqmented tooling simply by removing the vise and operating one switch.

The advantages of this machine are: It has a longer ram forming stroke (10") which will allow deeper ram forming operations. It incorporates a larger pump and motor (24 GPM/ 20 HP) which gives you more power to end form heavier wall tubes and it has a smaller foot print (34" W x 65" L x 48" H) which reduces floor space required.

If you would like additonal information on this machine or help with any tube forming applaction, please contact me. I will make sure that one of our applications engineers contact you.

Another bit of news:

We are relocating our west coast office. Our move is scheduled for the week of December 13. Our new facility will allow us to reconfigure our manufacturing operations to increase our efficiencies and reduce costs so that we can remain competitive in the marketplace. Our phone numbers, email addresses, and our web site address will remain the same. Our new address will be 1398 Poinsettia Ave., Vista, CA 92081. I will share some pictures of our new operation in the upcoming newsletters.
