Elscint Vibratory Bowl Feeder for Spring Washers

Elscint Automation, the leading vibratory parts feeder manufacturer from India has developed a special vibratory bowl feeder for feeding of spring washers. Spring washers firstly have a tendency to get entangled and secondly to get jammed in the chute when the outlet is stopped. However, with the new design perfected by Elscint, both these possibilities are resolved easily and the spring washers can be fed in a smooth manner. Further, for the M3 springs washer, Elscint even provided an escapement or singular to release one spring washer at a time. The standard Elscint escapement with a slight modification was used in order to make the working smooth and uncomplicated. Additionally, a stand with height adjustment as well as having leveling screws was provided for ease of use for the customer.
