Custom engineered, high-speed continuous wet processing systems for electro-sharpening, electrochemically deburring, and electropolishing metal parts where high precision, repeatability, and low unit costs are critical have been introduced by METFAB Technologies, Inc. of Warwick, Rhode Island.

Capable of processing parts from millimeters up to 20" sq., these systems provide up to 600% increases in throughput over manual methods, depending upon part configuration, with reduced labor and lower unit costs.
