Glass lenses are replaced by a high resolution, 6.4-inch TFT (Thin Film Technology) screen to maintain direct line-of-sight viewing, critical for comfortable eye-hand coordination and proper viewing posture. Headaches, backaches and neck problems from "stereo focus fatigue" are eliminated. A mouse controls the continuous range of magnification from 1X to 40X and beyond without the need to change lenses.
