Electronic Pressure Switch for Industrial Applications!

Proven reliable for even the toughest industrial applications, Dwyer Instruments, Inc. is proud to announce the Series ES Electronic Pressure Switch. This is an ideal instrument for: pressure alarms, shut down and control on metal stamping presses, injection molding machines, wash down applications, and other process equipment.

The Series ES can be used with liquids and gases compatible with 17-4 PH stainless steel wetted parts and 316 Stainless steel pressure connections. This switch uses a thin film pressure sensor which allows the Series ES to outlast mechanical switches with high cycle applications. The Series ES is designed with narrow, adjustable deadbands that can be adjusted to less than 0.5% of range with multi-turn potentiometers.

The Series ES features a status light for indication of process pressure, setpoint, reset and relay output status. The optional 3-½ digit LED (model ES1 only) provides local indication of process pressure. The temperature range is from -20 to 160°F (29 to 71 °C), the resolution is ±1 % and the repeatability is ±0.5% of nominal range. The electronics of the switch are housed in a watertight NEMA 4 (IP66) epoxy coated aluminum enclosure for additional corrosion resistance.

The Series ES is now available and is $375.00 for the ESO model (without LED) and $475.00 for the ES1 model (with LED).
