Electronic Regulator Uses O-Ring for Seat, Any Material!

McCORDSVILLE, Indiana-Proportion-Air introduces the QB3, an electronic pressure regulator that uses replaceable o-rings as seats and seals. If your application requires special elastomers or materials, all o-rings and seals are replaceable or exchangeable for a new or different elastomer. The o-rings for the intake and exhaust valve are set into a special grove that captures the o-ring but leaves it room to move slightly, and seal correctly for positive shut off. The QB3 incorporates an electronic pressure sensor that senses the downstream pressure at the work port for accurate regulation. The device accepts a 0-10V or 4-20mA command signal and provides an analog output that corresponds to the actual pressure.
