Electrolube Debuts New SMT Products, Thermal Management and Coating Solutions at SEMICON China


Electrolube, the specialist manufacturer of high performance chemicals for the electronics and electrical manufacturing industries, will launch a new generation conformal coating, thermal management solutions and surface mount products at SEMICON China. As one of the world’s foremost experts in conformal coatings and with environmental responsibility at the core of its ethos, Electrolube will use SEMICON China as a platform to highlight the latest advances in chemicals for the Chinese electronics industry. The company will feature next generation solutions from their core product groups; conformal coatings, thermal management, cleaning solutions, maintenance and service aids, contact lubricants and resins.

Electrolube will launch a new thermal conductive pad, developed in response to high demand from the Chinese market, and a new generation of water-based conformal coating, designed to protect electronic assemblies from a wide range of environments. The new coating offers extremely high reliability and performance and conforms to the most stringent environmental standards. Electrolube’s  coatings are widely used by many major manufacturers worldwide in a range of sectors including aerospace, military, high-speed trains and automotive electronics, where reliability and performance are essential.



The new Surface Mount Adhesive, ES807S, is ideally suited for high speed dispensing (25,000-50,00DPH) and provides an outstanding dot profile. Demonstrating high wet strength and good electrical characteristics, ES807S offers outstanding bonding performance of surface mounted devices to printed circuit boards prior to wave soldering. The surface mount adhesive has a typical cure temperature of 130°C and 90 second cure time or 60 seconds at 150°C.
