eldec MICO Induction Heating Systems
Compact and Flexible, Stationary or Mobile, Efficient and Practical
The MICO series' innovative design integrates the frequency converter and coolant system in a single housing. Small and compact, stationary or mobile, they are a flexible and practical solution for a wide range of uses including:
- induction brazing
- shrink fitting
- annealing
- die edge hardening
- curing
Available in S (stationary), M (mobile) or L (large) MICO induction heating systems are available in both medium and high frequencies, as well as various power levels (from 15 kW to 80 kW) and sizes. These systems can be configured with casters, crane hooks or forklift openings as well as with various work surfaces, and with a wide range of tools, including: inductors; brazing pistol, heating cables, or other auxiliary equipment; articulating booms (only available for the MICO-M); short or long jib booms with special balancers. Double and Twin outputs are also available in the S and L configurations upon request. The simple touch screen makes operation intuitive.
The MICO modular kit for induction heating consists of the energy container (generator and coolant system), the stationary or mobile base plate and fixtures for tool handling together with the corresponding tools.
