Hardened Ejector Pins for High Glass Content Resins



A full line of hardened-throughout ejector pins that are highly flexible but spring back, and are available from stock in inch-fractional sizes and oversize diameters in straight- and shoulder styles is being introduced by Regal Components, Inc. of Clearwater, Florida.

Regal TT Type Thru-Tuff(TM) M-2 High Speed Steel Ejector Pins are hardened-through to Rc 60-63 with the heads annealed for maximum toughness and easy machining. Featuring popular inch-fractional sizes, plus oversize diameters from stock, these highly flexible ejector pins are ideally suited for molding with high glass content resins.

Hot forged and stress relieved for uniform grain flow and high tensile strength, Regal TT Type Thru-Tuff(TM) M-2 High Speed Steel Ejector Pins are precision ground to a 4-10 RMS surface finish and .0003" tolerance. Sizes range from 1/32" to 3/8" in 6", 8" and 10" L (straight and shoulder styles 1/2" to 4") in fractional dias. as well as +.0005", .001", .002", and .005".
