Agie to Show New Entry-Level EDM Systems at IMTS 2002
Davidson, NC - Agie will demonstrate the new ACTSpark Xenon wire-cut and SP3 CNC die-sinking EDMs at IMTS 2002, booth #D4000 of the EDM Pavilion. The ACTSpark EDM product line offers an economical solution for a wide range of production or entry-level EDM machining applications.
The Xenon wire-cut EDM is a productive workhorse for general job shop and die/mold applications and features X-Y-Z travels of 13.8 x 9.8 x 8.7 in. and offers ±15° taper in 4.7 in. thick material.
The SP and SE series of CNC die-sinking EDMs provides advanced capability on a manual machine budget. These machines feature full 3 or 4 axis positioning and full orbiting capabilities. The easy to use PC based control and convenient hand box make programming and setups a snap. The SE series of machines includes an integrated C-axis for full 4 axis positioning and a linear electrode changer (ATC) for greater productivity.
