ECSI Announces Strategic Alliance with Meridian Technologies

CLIFTON, N.J., Feb. 19 - ECSI (Electronic Control Security, Inc.) (BULLETIN BOARD: EKCS) announced today that it has entered into a strategic teaming agreement with Meridian Technologies to provide Fiber Optic Transmission Systems that address voice, video and data communications for homeland security infrastructure requirements.
Arthur Barchenko, President and CEO, stated, "We can now offer clients a complete fiber optic communication technology package. This alliance will enable us to effectively complete projects wherever fiber optic communication technologies are needed, without adding a layer of cost. We plan to market the technology on an exclusive basis to distributors, dealers, Installers and system integrators in Central and South America, Middle East and Africa which we believe will generate a consistent reoccurring revenue stream for ECSI."
