Pilgrim Software Announces Worldwide Release of SmartSolve® 8
A Complete Compliance & Quality Management Solution
TAMPA, Fla., March 26 -- Pilgrim Software, Inc., a world- leading provider of Enterprise Compliance and Quality Management (ECQM) software solutions, today announced the worldwide availability of SmartSolve 8, the latest and most enhanced version of its breakthrough process automation product.
This newly released suite of fully integrated, Web-based solutions offers a record number of enhancements to strengthen its functionality, usability, and overall compliance and quality management capabilities.
A primary new enhancement in SmartSolve 8 is SmartTailoring(TM) tools, which places new capabilities for tailoring SmartSolve applications directly into the hands of administrators and business coordinators to create the environment needed for their end users. SmartTailoring tools easily allow a customer to personalize a SmartSolve solution for their needs; minimizes change control by providing application-driven changes controlled by security, signatures and audit trail; and, protects such changes providing easier maintenance in a centralized deployment.
Pilgrim has been working with many of its customers to enrich the usability of its solution, particularly for novice or infrequent users. SmartSolve 8 features a more fine-tuned look and feel, and improved forms readability. This new version also offers increased flexibility to support varied product nonconformances within complex manufacturing environments, ensuring no nonconforming products move forward in the production cycle.
SmartSolve 8 also features enhancements to better support FDA complaint reporting for large organizations with multiple reporting sites; an improved technology platform including certification for Microsoft SQLServer 2005 and NET 3.0; and, more deployment options for both large global deployments and smaller environments.
