SpringCM Announces Enhanced Solutions for Salesforce.com Users
CHICAGO, July 24 -- SpringCM, the leader in on-demand enterprise content management (ECM) solutions, today announced the availability of SpringCM 3.9. This release includes enhanced versions of the SpringCM Proposal Accelerator and Contract Accelerator for Salesforce.com, which are designed to improve the ability of Salesforce.com users to manage documents, streamline collaboration, accelerate revenue, and maintain greater efficiency throughout the sales process.
SpringCM 3.9 adds major new features for Proposal Accelerator and Contract Accelerator that extend the seamless integration between Salesforce.com and SpringCM.
-- SpringCM can now be configured to display documents in any Salesforce.com object including cases, contracts, campaigns, and custom objects. SpringCM now acts as a master document repository, linking both Salesforce.com users and non-users across all functions in the enterprise.
-- Advanced reporting provides Salesforce.com users with a level of reporting granularity previously not available through any AppExchange partner. This allows the user to assign Salesforce.com fields to be used with SpringCM reports, enabling unified reports to be generated based upon data that lives in two systems.
-- SpringCM advanced workflow can be configured to update Salesforce.com fields with current approval status or other custom reporting needs. SpringCM offers fully-integrated, comprehensive workflow and document management capabilities, allowing for the design of sophisticated processes for contract management, proposal management, order fulfillment, accounts payable and more. The SpringCM workflow engine pushes the resulting data directly to Salesforce.com and updates the records.
-- Contacts in Salesforce.com may be quickly and easily added to SpringCM so they can participate in document-centric processes directly from their familiar Salesforce.com interface.
