eBridge ERP Integration Solution Now Available on Salesforce.com's AppExchange

Salesforce.com Customers Can Deploy Solution to Integrate Accounting and ERP Applications With Salesforce

SAN FRANCISCO, June 21 // -- eBridge Software and salesforce.com (NYSE:CRM), the market and technology leader in on-demand business services, today announced the availability of the eBridge ERP Integration Solution for salesforce.com's AppExchange. The eBridge ERP solution integrates Salesforce with a company's accounting application to automatically and immediately synchronize data between the two systems. The eBridge ERP Integration Solution is immediately available for demo and evaluation at http://salesforce.com/appexchange.

With the eBridge ERP integration solution, a company's sales staff is provided with up-to-date accounting information, such as inventory, invoice status, and customer credit rating. In turn, the accounting staff automatically receives orders when a sale is made without having to re-enter information. More than 35 accounting software packages from all major software publishers are supported by the eBridge ERP Integration Solution.

Customer information that is added or updated in either system is synchronized bi-directionally. By sharing information between both systems, only one application needs to be accessed to quickly answer customer inquiries regarding orders, product details and invoicing. The eBridge ERP Integration Solution eliminates duplicate data entry, and provides real-time data transfer.

"eBridge is excited to now offer our integration solution on the AppExchange," stated Cindy Porter, Director of Marketing at eBridge Software. "The success of the AppExchange in distributing and marketing applications provides eBridge a great opportunity to offer additional value to salesforce.com customers."

"The synchronization process offered by the eBridge solution allows salesforce.com customers to save time by transferring essential data between Salesforce and their back-end accounting systems," said Adam Gross, vice president, developer marketing, salesforce.com. "By delivering this integration solution on the AppExchange, eBridge provides an essential component for businesses looking to increase their productivity."

The eBridge ERP Integration Solution for AppExchange is one of more than 250 applications created by salesforce.com, its customers and partners that are now available on the salesforce.com AppExchange, the world's first on-demand application platform. AppExchange provides unprecedented ease of customization and integration for Salesforce deployments, as well as enabling a whole new generation of on-demand applications that go beyond CRM. AppExchange enables all of these on-demand applications to be easily shared, exchanged and installed with one click into a salesforce.com customer's account.
