EB (Elektrobit) Demonstrating State of the Art Tactical Communications, Electronic Warfare, Signals Intelligence and Manet Test Solutions at Eurosatory 2012

Intelligent solutions to meet the stringent requirements set by the extreme use scenarios and conditions

OULU, Finland - EB will demonstrate at Eurosatory 2012 its tactical communications, electronic warfare and signals intelligence solutions, developed to accommodate the digitalizing battlefield and a wide variety of operations with modern C2 (command and control) applications, sensors and countermeasures with real time situation awareness. The live demonstrations showcase the true capabilities of EB's state of the art radio technology products in action.

As part of the demonstrations, EB will exhibit:

- EB Tough VoIP product family providing tactical IP telephony in all
environmental conditions

- EB Tactical Wireless IP Network distributing C2 situation and real-time
video in live emulated wireless broadband MANET (mobile ad hoc network)
network

- EB Counter RCIED Platform demonstrating a reactive and selective jamming
capability with real signals in live emulated environment

- EB Wideband COMINT Sensor for spectrum monitoring, recording, replaying,
interception and analysis of wideband signals with remote operation

- EB Propsim radio channel emulator for accurate and repeatable emulation
of MANET network

The EB Tough VoIP product family is a range of tactical IP-based communication products consisting of Voice over IP clients and network extension units. EB Tough VoIP products can be used as a stand-alone system or integrated to a customers' existing communications infrastructure.

The EB Tactical Wireless IP Network is a stand-alone military/authority wireless broadband network that enables a high data rate MANET network solution and can be deployed in any location. It enables the formation of an independent IP network with automatic network configuration and is compatible with existing infrastructure, both wire-lined and wireless.

The EB Counter RCIED Platform is an intelligent and reactive jamming solution for the prevention of radio controlled improvised explosive device (RCIED) threats with ultra fast sweep jamming function. It allows threat logging and offline analyses of the performed jamming operation to further optimize the performance of the device.

The EB Wideband COMINT Sensor is a complete, high performance wideband sensor enabling system integrators to build distributed remotely operated future-proof communications intelligence (COMINT) systems.

The EB Propsim radio channel emulators enable accurate and repeatable testing of MANET networks in controllable laboratory conditions. It can connect up to eleven radios in full mesh and emulate network level conditions for testing multihop chains and allowing test election algorithms between available routing options and radio network splitting and merging events.

Actively looking for system integrator and distributor partners for its defense products, EB will exhibit at Eurosatory 2012 from June 11 - 15 in Paris, France, stand #410 in Hall 6.
