of Human Machine Interface (HMI) Components and Systems, announces a colorful new range of durable, aluminum lenses. Aluminum lenses and front bezels are now available for all pushbuttons and indicators in Series 04, 14, 56, 61, 71, and 84 switches.
All of the above switch series are protected against oil and water to a minimum rating of IP 65 - some to IP 67. The added protection of the aluminum lenses makes them suitable for a wide range of interior and exterior applications, including all types of machinery, public ticketing, payment terminals, interface kiosks, train cockpits, and marine control panels.
A variety of colors and options are available. Standardized colors and finishes in different series allow customers to more effectively identify colors to switch functions in order create control panels that are more intuitive and easier to use. Customers can also mix switch types from different product series according to their exact needs in order to maintain panel appearance and integrity. Additional options include convex lenses or illuminated lens windows/center spot. EAO can also laser engrave lenses with any type of symbol or legend specified by the customer.
