New CL-14 E-Rated Fuses for Transformer and Feeder Protection


ST. LOUIS-The new Cooper Bussmann CL-14 fuses offer expanded E-ratings for transformer and feeder protection. Available in clip-lock and bolt-in style in single, double, and triple barrel designs, the CL-14 meets E requirements per ANSI C37.46 and General Purpose requirements per ANSI C37.40. The filament wound, glass epoxy fuse tube provides UV and moisture protection making the fuse suitable for indoor and certain outdoor applications.

Cooper Bussmann CL-14 fuses have an operating frequency of 50/60 Hz and have open fuse indication. Model ECL055 interrupts fault currents up to 63,000A RMS sym. and has a voltage rating of 5.5 KV. Model ECL155 interrupts fault currents up to 50,000A RMS sym. and has a voltage rating of 15.5 KV.
