The Mighty-Brite Chemical Feeder takes the guesswork out of making chemical additions by hand. It automatically replenishes the chemical additions at the same rate at which they are depleted.
Based on the amount of current being used for Electroplating, the Mighty-Brite makes maintaining the plating solution at peak efficiency and performance.
Dynamic Detail Inc say's, they purchased the Mighty-Bite Chemical Feeder to reduce chemicals costs by eliminating the operator from manually adding the chemicals. The solid-state microprocessing system is housed in a NEMA-4X corrosion resistant enclosure that is ready to mount in a convenient location. The independent metering pump is placed directly on the users liquid chemical storage container. The flow rate is set by adjusting the pump for the desired number of amp-hours at which the pump is to be activated.
Mesa West International say's, Model 700 Mighty-Brite Chemical Feeder is designed to be quickly and easily installed and requires little maintence or operator attention. The cabinet never needs to be opened as all settings are made from the front panel. The Mighty-Brite has a 8-digit LED display for monitoring all system functions: Total Accumulated Ampere-time, Pump Cycle Preset Time and Amp-time Set Point for Pump Activation .In the event of a power interruption the Mighty-Brite features password protection and battery back-up for accumulated information protection.
